Electric Seat Extension up to 60cm extra
The standout feature of the Calvano S is its electrically extendable seat.
At the touch of a button, the seating area can extend by up to 60cm, giving you considerably more depth when you want to stretch out.
This allows the Calvano to work as a more conventional corner sofa during everyday sitting and transform into an extra-deep lounging sofa when it’s time to relax.
For customers searching for an electric deep seat sofa, extendable corner sofa, electric seat depth sofa or electric reclining-style sofa, the Calvano S offers a practical alternative to traditional recliner furniture.
Extra-Deep Sofa for Relaxing
Once extended, the Calvano provides a much larger surface for putting your feet up, lying back or relaxing during movie nights.
The electric adjustment means you don’t permanently have to dedicate room to extremely deep seating. Simply extend the sofa when you want additional space and retract it again when you prefer a more conventional seating position.
This flexibility makes the Calvano particularly useful in modern living rooms where comfort and floor space both matter.
Corner Sofa Bed with Sleeping Function
The Calvano S also includes a sleeping function, giving you additional space whenever friends or family stay overnight.
During everyday use, it remains a stylish modern corner sofa. When additional sleeping or resting space is required, its practical functions allow the furniture to work much harder than a conventional fixed sofa.
This makes it a strong choice for customers looking for an electric corner sofa bed, convertible corner sofa or modern sleeper sofa with storage.
Built-In Bedding Storage
Hidden storage provides a convenient place for:
- Duvets
- Pillows
- Blankets
- Throws
- Spare bedding
Combining a sofa bed with storage helps keep everything required for overnight guests close at hand without adding extra cupboards or storage furniture to the room.
Adjustable Headrests
The Calvano S features three adjustable headrests, allowing you to change the level of support depending on how you’re sitting.
Raise them when you want greater head and neck support while watching television or relaxing, or lower them to create a cleaner and more streamlined appearance.
Together with the electric seat extension, the adjustable headrests allow the sofa to adapt to different sitting and lounging positions.
Comfortable Wave Spring Seating
The seats are supported by sinuous wave springs, helping provide comfortable and supportive everyday seating.
The spring system helps distribute weight across the seating surface while supporting the cushions during regular use.
Combined with the generously upholstered design, this gives the Calvano a soft and relaxed feel suited to long periods of lounging.
Modern Low-Profile Corner Sofa
The Calvano’s low-to-the-floor construction is an important part of its design.
Rather than using prominent high legs, the sofa sits close to the ground, giving it a substantial yet modern appearance.
Its rounded arms, wide seating surfaces and soft lines complement contemporary, minimalist and open-plan living rooms.
Custom Fabrics and Colours
The Calvano S can be personalised in a wide range of sofa fabrics and colours.
Depending on the selected fabric collection, options may include:
- Bouclé
- Chenille
- Textured weaves
- Velvet
- Velour
- Easy-clean fabrics
- Waterproof fabrics
- Pet-friendly fabrics
- Abrasion-resistant fabrics
Each upholstery range has its own colours and properties, so we recommend browsing the available fabric collections before making your final choice.
Ideal for Modern Living Rooms
The Calvano S is particularly suited to customers who prioritise relaxation and want more flexibility than a traditional fixed corner sofa can provide.
The electric 60cm extension creates an extremely generous lounging position, while the sleeping function and storage add practical benefits for everyday family life.
It is an excellent option for anyone searching for a deep seat electric corner sofa, electric sofa bed with storage, extendable corner couch or luxury electric lounging sofa.
