The Candelo Cloud is an extra-large U-shaped modular sofa designed for spacious living rooms, open-plan homes and large family spaces. Measuring over 4.5 metres wide depending on the chosen configuration, it creates a generous central relaxation area with plenty of seating for family, guests and everyday lounging.
Its soft, rounded shape and deep cloud-style seating give the Candelo a relaxed modern appearance, while the modular construction allows the layout to be configured around your room. Each seating module is also available in two different seat depths – 70cm or 80cm – allowing you to choose between a more conventional sitting position or an extra-deep lounging feel.

Extra-Large U-Shaped Sofa Over 4.5 Metres Wide
The Candelo is designed for customers who want a genuinely big U-shaped sofa rather than a conventional corner suite.
Depending on the modules selected, the finished sofa can exceed 4.5 metres in width, making it particularly suitable for large lounges, open-plan living areas and homes where the sofa is intended to become the main centrepiece of the room.
Its U-shaped layout creates a natural social seating area, giving people space to sit facing one another rather than simply sitting in a straight line.
Modular Sofa for Large Living Rooms
The Candelo is built from individual modular sections, allowing the sofa to be configured around your available space.
This modular approach gives you much more flexibility than a fixed-size U-shaped sofa. Different sections can be combined to create the overall width, seating capacity and shape required for your room.
For customers looking for a large modular sofa, oversized sectional sofa, huge U-shaped couch or family sofa for a large living room, the Candelo offers considerable flexibility.
Choose Between 70cm and 80cm Seat Depth
Every seating element in the Candelo collection is available with one of two seat depths:
- A – 70cm seat depth
- B – 80cm seat depth
The 70cm version offers deep, comfortable seating while still providing a more conventional sitting position.
The 80cm option creates an extra-deep sofa, giving you significantly more space to sit back, curl up or stretch out.
This choice allows the Candelo to be tailored not only to the size of your room but also to the way you prefer to relax.
Deep Cloud-Style Seating
The Candelo’s wide seating surfaces, soft upholstery and rounded modules create the relaxed appearance associated with modern cloud sofas.
Rather than relying on sharp angles or narrow seats, the design focuses on generous proportions and a softer silhouette.
The result is a large contemporary sofa that feels particularly suited to movie nights, entertaining guests and long periods of family relaxation.
A Sofa Designed for the Whole Family
One of the biggest advantages of an oversized U-shaped sofa is the amount of usable seating it provides.
The Candelo can create a central relaxation zone where several people can sit comfortably while still having plenty of personal space.
Its generous proportions make it particularly suitable for:
- Large families
- Open-plan homes
- Large living rooms
- Entertaining guests
- Movie and games rooms
- Spacious modern interiors
Modern Statement Sofa
Despite its large dimensions, the Candelo maintains a clean and contemporary appearance.
Its soft curves, low profile and simple upholstery allow the scale of the sofa to become part of the design rather than making the furniture feel overly complicated.
In a large room, the Candelo can act as the main centrepiece around which the rest of the living space is arranged.
Custom Fabrics and Colours
The Candelo can be customised in a wide selection of sofa fabrics and colours, allowing such a large piece of furniture to be tailored carefully to your interior.
Depending on the selected fabric collection, options may include:
- Bouclé
- Chenille
- Textured weaves
- Velvet
- Velour
- Easy-clean fabrics
- Waterproof fabrics
- Pet-friendly fabrics
- Abrasion-resistant fabrics
Each fabric collection has its own available shades and properties, so we recommend exploring the different ranges before selecting your final upholstery.
Ideal for Large and Open-Plan Homes
The Candelo is deliberately designed for rooms where a conventional sofa would feel too small.
Its modular construction and potential 4.5m+ width make it particularly effective in large open-plan interiors, where the sofa can help define the main lounge area and create a comfortable social space within a much larger room.
Why Choose the Candelo Cloud Sofa?
The Candelo combines the scale of an extra-large U-shaped sofa with the flexibility of a modular furniture system.
With configurations extending beyond 4.5 metres, a choice of 70cm or 80cm seat depths, soft cloud-style proportions and extensive fabric and colour customisation, it can be tailored around both your room and the way you prefer to relax.
For customers searching for a huge U-shaped sofa, 4.5 metre sofa, large modular sectional, extra-deep cloud sofa or oversized family sofa, the Candelo offers the space and flexibility needed for genuinely large living areas.
Please note: pillows are not included in the purchase of this sofa
